Ever notice that great feeling you get when you rinse your hands under some coooool water. Yep, you can do that most anytime you like. Refreshing!
Now, the little kids and grandmas in the tent slums on the outskirts of Baghdad, that's another story. They're lucky to get enough water to drink or to rinse there little feet in once in a while--in sun heated water. 120 the other day out there.
