All I see is how the biker could have prevented it. Defensive riding people...learn it and live!

Looks like he should have hit the breaks as soon as the care pulled out.. If I see the car in front too close to the next car you have to know they are going to pull out..

This is pretty funny too:

That's nuts, it seriously seems as the driver of the car did it in purpose cause of the way he was swerving and brake checking the biker prior to the crash.... some car drivers out there are just outrageous

all I see is an over anxious biker trying to pass a hand full of cars at break neck speeds. It was obvious the car was going to pull out and try and pass....not only did he have the right of way, but by the way he was driving with the car in front of him.

Sucks the biker crashed but I think a lot of it was his fault.

+1
The guy in front has right away in a passing situation, they just entered the passing zone. I always make sure the cars/bikes in front of me aren't going for the pass before I pull out. Common sense.

(sarcasm) to bad those european cars don't come with turn signals(/sarcasm)

its obvious the driver of the car didn't look or signal first

One time I had a semi merge into me (already in the left lane of I25) on my motard one time- I was in a really bad spot too. 35 hp, 80 mph, and right by the drive axles of the semi. I just pinned it, headed for the drunk bumps, and ran up alongside the car in front of me (on the left hand side.) I was ready to do into the dirt, but a HUGE lesson for those who have never ridden on dirt roads- NEVER EVER try to merge back onto the road after you go into the dirt until you can either A) hit it at very close to a 90 degree angle, or B) have reduced your speed significantly so if you lose the front you will be able to save it. Stay in it- go straight and use rear brake. I've seen a ton of accidents where people go off the road then try to get back on too soon.

Looked to me like the driver did it intentionally! He was a good 50 yards behind the car in front of him and really didn't have a chance to pass anyone! The biker was following too close and prolly pissed off the driver. The driver was prolly listening to the radio and heard something about trying to injure bikers when they piss you off!
