White shows the dirt and any damage yes.
But the lighter the color the better it hides imperfections on the surface.
(And Kawi's are basically one large imperfection so.....)

If you'll recall, Yamaha stole the idea from me for their post 2004 bikes. They also decided on black for the exhaust shields, but I myself prefer white. I never saw a dime for the idea. Bastards.

Keep the bottom fairing and wheels black and paint the rest white, like that photoshopped 636 picture. Now that would be a great looking color combination.
