...To an online IT help desk:
1. Address him as "Abdar" even after he says his name is "Vaibhav"
2. Respond to questions such as: "have you made any harware or software changes tot he system?"
with: "I uninstalled Mcafee after the system dropped the kids off at the pool"
3. When asked if the system can go online, after you have told him twice that it cannot connect wirelessly OR through ethernet, Do not respond with remarks such as, "No abdar, I told you twice already"
4. Tell the guy what he is going tell you to do, almost like you have his book infront of you.
5. "Scroll down until you see "Internet Connection Sharing"."
"It is not on there"
"Please check it again."
"Nope, Still not there"
