View Full Version : Is there a TIG welder in the house?!?

I just picked up an EX250 that I am going to graft an RZ350 engine into, and that's going to take a bit of cutting and welding on the frame that I do not have the equipment or know-how to do.

Basically, I need the bottom half of the RZ frame cut out, and TIG welded into the EX250 frame. Should be fairly easy to do- the frames appear to be of a similar size, and I think the engine cradle from the RZ frame will fit perfectly into the EX frame. Both are steel frames. Here's a pic of a similar conversion using an aircooled RD engine:

I can offer your choice from a bunch of motorcycle parts in trade, or a little cash. I'll also help, of course- I can't weld, but I am good at prep work.
