Shoot. That's Sete Gibernau on the RC211V. During the 990 era, they all did that at almost every high speed corner! Now watching the likes of McCoy/Doohan do it on the 2 stroke 500s were pure poetry!

Found a few vids of him sliding like that. You're right...he probably never even gave the slide a second thought. Saw a vid of him doing his thing on a motard too.

What I find interesting is how SG climbs back aboard to the neutral position. He looks like a caterpillar climbing up a branch. The bike maintains the lean angle for the most part.
