1999 r6 carburetor?

I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a trick to adjusting
a carburetor on a 99' r6 (or any bike for that matter).

Is there anything that needs to be adjusted when you adjust
a carb?

What are you trying to do? Re-jet the carbs for a new exhaust? You will need to synch the carbs once you open them up and should really do it every so often anyway.
