Aftermarket Can on a 2004 GSXR1000

I'm getting my new baby this saturday and I've got a Micron bolt on can that I'm going to be putting on it, I was just wondering if anyone knew if I had to do anything besides bolt it on, just in terms of it messing with the sensors and stuff I've heard some things that might cause problems but not sure, any help would be appreciated
