Suomy shield

I just ordered a shield, I have two questions.
How difficult is it to change the shield?
Do I need a special tool?

It is a spec 1R.

^^^Easy to change once you get use to it. I use a flathead screwdriver and push in the plunger on the bottom of the visor. This wll release the side cover and you can unclip the shield. Install in revierse order.

Spec 1R's are "da BOMB" in my opinion. Awesome helmets.

Suomy does make a special tool for it and should probably be included with your shield. It's neon orange and looks somewhat like a tiny martini glass...:drink: or maybe I'm just really imaginative. :lol: Anyway, no it's not that difficult to change, I'm just really hesitant to snap it back into place because I'm afraid of breaking something :slap:.

And yes I love the helmet, Its lighter than my Shoei rf1000.
