Gas Cap for Cbr 600 1990

Does anyone know if a gas cap from a 1988 CBR 1000 would fit on a 1990 CBR 600? I know it's a longshot, but i found one on ebay that isn't mad expensive. Why do they some of cost a hundred bucks anyway?

Or does anyone know where you can buy reasonably priced gas caps?

yeah - it's an F1. My gas cap is just all jacked up. Gotta use a screwdriver to put it on and even that doesn't work very well. Let me know if you got an extra - i'd appreciate it. Do you take beer as payment :)
