Dropped one tooth on my front sprocket from the stock 17T to 16T. BTW, I have an 07' Yammy FZ1.

Let me just say.. This thing should not be street legal with this gearing.

It is absolutely insane, the power change, that dropping one tooth will give you. I am absolutely satisfied with this modification.

Anyone else changed sprockets around and really enjoyed the outcome?

-1 on the counter will give you faster acceleration and better low speed pull. really helps coming out of a slow tight corner
im -1 & +2

Wow 10 teeth. That's almost a stunt sprocket isn't it?

The new RSVR had -1 on the front sprocket done by previous owner, so dunno what it was like before

1 down is a pretty good acceleration helper. I'll be doing the same to the RR to get some better pull coming out of T7 at PMI. My F4i was 1 down and 2 up - loved everything about the sprocket changes except that cruising on the highway at 9,000rpm got a little irritating.

I may have to do that to my FZ1. I will also be doing a Akraporic carbon pipe too.

520 conversion and -1/+2 here. I kinda like it.

My strom has -1/+2... In combination with that TL engine, well, yeah.

Yeah, I got a +4 on the back and I LOVE IT! You should know, after that unexpected wheelie you did with it....

The speedo is off pretty bad though. Not sure, but I may go +2 or +3 next time and see.
