yesterday on our awesome ride up golden gate canyon, we got a few miles up the road and saw a rider that had ran into the cement barrier on his way down the canyon. has anyone heard anything about it?

Damn that sounds bad, were the emergency personel already there? If not, was he on the ground, or up walking it off?

yah they had just arrived, he was layin on the ground and a few of his buddies were surrounding and they medics were pulling out the oxygen tanks but i couldnt see a bike that belonged to him. i didnt see much if any gear either which was one of my biggest concerns...
