He clearly had a bit more lean angle to go. Why did he stand it up? N00b mistake? I was taught to just lean harder... if you lose traction and slip, well, at least you tried. If you hit the breaks and it stands you up then you're f00ked regardless.

Looks like 1 of 2 things. He either:

A) Mis-judged the corner, apexed too soon and began righting the bike before realizing he had a little more corner to go, or,

B) Target fixation. He saw the truck mid-corner, focused on it - end of story.
