How do you set the clock. Lost my owners manual

I tried there. Can't get their search to work.

Push and hold the two buttons (select + adjust) in for a couple seconds and then use the adjust button to change.

Press both the ADJ and SEL together for a couple of seconds and the hour part will start flashing. Set the hour with the ADJ button. Then press the SEL button to get to the minute adjustment. Set the minute with the ADJ button. Press SEL to finish.
