For the time being I have my stock pipes of till I get my new ones in. I'm tryin to get some info on whether or not I could be actually hurting the head runing open exhaust. I've heard in some cases taking them off without rejetting can lean it out and possibley burn an exhaust valve or damage the head. Anyone have any experience with this or know anything about it?

Wouldnt U destroy your back pressure and thus loose tons of horse power? Other than making all your neighbors deaf, Y do this?

The only loss is low end...high end the bike responds a lot better and is much quicker. I took the stock pipes off when I received a set of aftermarket cones...they didn't match up so I had to send them back. I'm waitin on the new set to come and haven't gotten around to getting the stock ones back on.

It kinda depends on how the motor is tuned to start with but I doubt you'd run any real risk of hurting anything. Other than ear drums
