i know im a little late but i am going to start going to bandi every other friday starting on 6-6 to start racing. i went up there to vic's event and raced for the first time i did ok but just need some pointers on how to leave the line my r/t times were all around the .404 range and my 1/4 mile times were 12.616, 12.737, 12.733, 12.761. and 13.050. iam riding a 06 cbr 600rr and when i raced the only mod was an rs-5 yoshi slip on and yesterday i geared the bike down 2 in the front hoping to get some faster times

Get a strap to lower the front end and some lowering links to lower the rear. This will knock off approx. 2-3 tenths from your time.

Your R/T's aren't that important until you start competing. They dont reflect in your overall 1/4 times. What is your 60ft time? That number is what will lower your overall 1/4 ET.
