Hello, you shipped my order to my BILLING address and not to my SHIPPING address

To this I argue, if that is your policy, why did the website allow me to enter a BILLING address AND a SHIPPING address? I have called the manigment at my old address and they have stated there is no package in their office which means that whoever lives at my old address now has my $50 tail light. Harry is suppose to call me tomorrow morning. I will keep you all posted as to what happens. But it looks like I might be getting screwed.

Not so. I recently bought some things and had them delivered to my work address which is not my billing address.

Call your credit card company and tell them to get the funds back.

I have ordered many an item online the same way as this and have never had a problem. If there policy is to not except an address other then the billing address then the website should not except it. Talked to them today and the are going to ship another out to me tomorrow. Yay. :king:

Yep, that is a bad design on their site. Good to hear they are doing you right, otherwise I would of done a chargeback because for all you know the guy at your address mailed the package back by way of "Return to Sender" which is slower then sticky poop.
