I want to make a photochop of my bikes tank with a new graphic where its all messed up.

Since the bike is purple I was thinking getting an airbrush artist to put this guys face on there.

But I can't pick with one is better? I just want to have his face or portrait over where the new bondo will be going maybe with the saying "Why so serious?" Under it.
I was wondering if anyone could help me cut and paste it (neatly) over the tank to make a good example of what I want a paint shop to do to it.
It will let me redo the paint without having matching issues.
But I had a HD melt down and I had to reinstall photoshop and now I am having trouble getting it work.
