What part of Aurora? And about how far from the South side of Parker?

I'm not sure. You'd have to look at google maps. Maybe 18miles. Iliff & Buckley are the main cross streets.

thats a litle pricy no?
ditto...The going rate for most nice 1 bedroom apartments in my end of town without a fireplace and garage is $725/month plus utilities. Looks fair to me. :)

Same out in A-town... that's one upside to how fubar'd the housing market has gotten. People who get foreclosed on still need to live somewhere and most likely that's a rental...
Rental rates have been steadily climbing the last couple years and show no sign of slowing over the next couple. It's definitely a culture shift from 5 or so years ago when the Denver metro area had a glut of rental properties.
