Cool! I'm sticking around Loveland on Saturday, since my youngest is having her b-day party then. Probably gonna head down to PPIR as soon as I can rouse myself outta bed on Sunday morning, though. I'll search for ya on Sunday, but don't think we've been formally introduced...you'll have to flag me down;-)

It's looking like the weather will be just a tad on the chilly side on Sunday, so for now, I'm planning on caging it. I've got room for 4 other peeps (marshmellowy, sweet and soft types;)), so if anyone feels like carpooling, then just let me know.

Edit: Down to 2 more spots in the ol' 4-wheeled thingy, er cage.

Cathy,

I just want to say "thanks" for coming down to support us and join in on the action!

I'll be in north garages, Number 14. Stop by, say hi and drink some of the free Vitamin Water!

Drive safely, see you soon!

What time will you be back in north Denver?

What time will you be back in north Denver?

It depends on how much race fuel I can huff when I'm there...if I can get my fill easily, we may leave early...of course someone else will need to drive...

KIDDING!!!

Um I think to answer your question is I'm going to play it by ear. Factors that will push my time will be weather, children, people freezing there nether regions off, etc. To put in other words, you tell me and I'll make it happen...or as closely as possible.

Cathy, stop in at the garages. I will be in the same as Scott Rybarik! I hope to see you all down there! Thanks for the support!

I wish I could make over to the Haus for coffee more often but between night classes, racing, work and oh yeah my wife, I seem to be a little busy.

There were several awesome battles going on in the various races. I caught this one and didn't even know it...watch the numbers change in the progression of pix...

RYBO had busted up his elbow the day before, but raced anyway. All he needed was to not finish last...he succeeded...

Other bikes...oh and yes, I do like this corner...there's lots to study in body positioning on this corner...

This guy took the checkered in one race and then had a great match-up with a Kawi in the following race. I'm just gonna post all the various pix of this one...

Oh and yes...the sun was amazing today. We drove through pea-soup fog and rain...lots of rain in some spots. But, the skies opened up over the Springs and we had this window of sunshine all day at the track. It was wonderful. And an added bonus, I've got a nice lil sunburn going on my face;-)

I wonder what Mike (#25) is going to have to say about the series of pictures of him going "backwards."

mtnairlover
Mon Oct 13th, 2008, 10:40 AM

Um...since I don't know the racers that well and I wasn't paying attention, I coulda gotten that series wrong in my camera. The pix are numbered sequentially, but when it comes down to it, I was beat last night when I got through all those pix. So, I'll just defer to the racers and they can correct me if I posted it the wrong way.;)

Ha! I'm pretty amazed myself, considering my camera has been dropped more often than I care to admit to. It was recently dropped in the sand as well and now the cover over the lens doesn't close. So yeah, some of those pix made me quite happy.

Rich and Scott...know what I'm gonna do when I get home? I'm gonna go through all the original pix in the camera just to find those particular pictures and find out which way the sequence goes. That's just how I am.
