I just love responsible reporting.

As seen in the first paragraph.

thats all besides the point, we Americans love a good villain and the press aims to please.

the CEO pay and benefits are what irks me. some of these guys are more or less inept and getting more in severance than most see in a lifetime.

if the company is successful and weathering this stuff than fine, pay 'em whatever the market rate is but in AIG's case, this Martin Sullivan was a retard who DOES deserve to be strung up. all he was concerned about over the past few years was making sure losses weren't counted against executive bonuses.
