Just got this in an email. Interesting to say the least - I'm gonna check the tires on my Durango when I get home!

Yes they are. When I work at discount we werent even allowed to put air in a tire that was more then 10years old. and would warn people if the tires were more then 6years

Nice post Bob. This is something really good to know, even with motorcycle tires. Very simular to helmet manufacturing dates. Never used does not always mean "new". Buyer beware!
