Mental and I went and played in the dirt on Captn Jacks Saturday. It started out just being cold but then began to rain, lightly at first but heavier as the day went on. As some of you may know once you are on that trail there are very few ways off of it so you are commited. We were soaked by the time we got back but had a great day anyway. Thanks to Mental for the company and great attitude!

Hell ya, looks like a lot 'o fun.
You could look at it this way,
with all the moisture there was
no dust to choke on.

Looks like you too had fun. Thanks for the pictures this time Scott! I agree on nut buster creek, even though I have no nuts to bust :(.

Ok boys,
Just put on the new shock on the wifes
250 and did the lower section of Capt'n Jack's.
Not even close to the KTM but it will now do
this trail.Need to fab up a bash plate and inst
a set of handguards and will be ready to go to
the top.Who's in for this weekend?

I am up for this weekend if you want to go. Either Capn Jacks or 717. I have no plate so I have to truck the bike to the location. Weather should be good for this weekend.

Not sure which day but I am going to Canon City this weekend as well, there are some new trails that opened up down there. Heard they were good very much like nutbuster creek/crankcase alley.

I am doing well. Hope you are too. Have had relatives over last week. I did not get to ride last week so this one is looking good. :hibye:

Geeeee Whizzzzzz! Don't you guys ever get tired or sore! Just remember the sportbike goes on the pavement and it's not cool to wear your dirt helmet and goggles while on the sport bike. HA HA HA....sorry it's the jealousy talkin'.

It makes him feel like he's going faster, like on the GSXR.
We let him wear it as it keeps the tantrums to a minimum.
