Sorry to hear about the whole deal, Mark, but way to step up, admit fault, & take it like a man. You don't always hear that anymore & while I wish you didn't have to pay as much & put in the time, the fact that you are taking responsibility is a welcomed breath of fresh air. .... 6 Points, 5 Days Jail, to be postponed upon completion of 24 hours of Community service. ($80)..

Does that mean no jail with pending C/S completion?
That's actually a pretty good deal.
I got a 24 point citation Grand County dropped to 5 points and $175 but had to do 1 day in jail (with @ $35 steel bar hotel charge) and thought I got off easy.
Tried to talk the judge into community service, just cause sitting in a cell does nobody any benifit, but he wasn't going for it.

Hey Sortarican ...... You say you are a southpark kid. When where you up there. Did you go to high school there. I was in soth park from 89 to 95. Got out of school in 93.
