I've got a 2004 gsxr 1000 that I'm putting a full yosh exhaust on, I was wondering if anyone knew if you have to take the radiator off or if there is someway you can get in there to loosen the flanges without removing the radiator, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It can be done without removing the radiator but save yourself some aggravation and remove it first.

You should be able to get the radiator off in about 5 minutes. If you try to put the exhaust on with the radiator on, you'll have a greater chance of stripping the manifold bolts and also bending the cooling fins on the radiator. I have done it both ways and it is much easier with the radiator off.
