I liked the section regarding "Fanboys". In the example, video games were used but of course any fanatical follower of a particular brand can be substituted.

The quote went something like............

Fanboys are a group of overly fanatical fans of a particular brand and incapable of admitting that another brand has good features too. They are best ignored because fanboys are basically a subset of trolls.
