For those of you who know her, Jessica Zalusky has had a stroke following knee surgery last week. I just emailed her this weekend to see how she was doing and she said things were going fine, but that was before the stroke. Check the press release here:

Best wishes for a full recovery. She's been a big supporter of R2SL for a few years, always making time to come out and ride with us, spend time with the kids, etc.

It's been great having JZ around R2SL. On top of being a great racer, she also is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Wishing her a speedy and complete recovery.

Wow.. here's hoping for a speedy and complete recovery. Good thing doctors were on it immediately. My dad had a stroke a few years back and they credit a fast response from the EMTs for his full recovery.

My thoughts are with Jessica and her family. I hope her doctors get this one under control quickly.

It sounds like they (hopefully) caught it early.
That has everything to do with the rate and speed of recovery.

The fact that she's young and in good health should also add to her recovery.
Wishing her all the best.
