November 28th, Friday, 5:30 PM. -- 9:00 PM., 25th Annual Candlelight Walk and Tree Lighting Ceremony

This family affair is a perennial favorite with millions of twinkling lights being lit as Santa leads the crowd down Main Street to light the City Tree. It all happens on November 28th from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm so don't miss this chance at an truly enchanted evening.

Main Street will be closed to traffic at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy merchant open houses and bring your camera for a photo with Santa's reindeer at 2659 West Main Street. Live choirs and singing groups from around the area will provide live entertainment at various Main Street locations while we wait for Santa to arrive.

Shortly after 6:30, Santa Claus will begin his sleigh ride down Main Street. As he arrives at the west end of Main Street, one lucky child's name will be drawn to help Santa throw the light switch on the decorated trees just south of the Melting Pot. Afterwards, Santa will be at Town Hall Arts Center to hear children's Christmas wishes. Free parking is available at Arapahoe Community College. For more information call 303-795-3863.
