Hey guys, here's the thing...rforsythe has posted up a suggestion for a food drive (http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=27839) and we'd like to make it a concerted effort.

What I need from you guys is a meeting spot and day/evening/time when we can meet up and iron out details. I want as many people to show up as possible...that means all you guys, dammit!

Logistics:

Meet: Full Throttle Coffee House
When: Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7:00
Why: To discuss logistics of collecting food and other items for the drive that is mentioned in the link up above.

Me: I'll coordinate everyone with timing. I need someone to donate a truck for a day (if we need it). I'll do whatever else needs done.

I need you guys to post up whether you'll show up tomorrow night, or what you would like to do to help.

We'll collect items until December 19 and then either deliver them, or wait for the R2SL trailer to pick up the items at one location.

More info tomorrow night at Full Throttle.:)

Thanks guys. I'll get more info to all of you after the meeting tomorrow. I've heard from a couple of people who will more than likely show up tomorrow at FT. Hope to see you there, Curtis. :)

Chad...thanks:up:, as always, and I'll call ya.

If anyone has any ties to the local news outlets, then let's figure out a way to let them know what's going on. Also, check in with your employers. If we get the media involved, we can also mention any employers aiding us in the cause.

More later...

I didn't see this post in time, and I had too much work to do last night anyways. Like I said in the PM, I'm in town until the 21st but I've got exams all next week but will try to help out however I can.
