Easiest way to EVER get out of work is:

The Diarrhea defense. Waddle, moan, grab your ass and head for the restroom. If you can moan and make loud farting noises this will help. Stay in there for ...say 20 minutes. Flush Numerous times and say
" OMG will it ever all go down".

Emerge from the restroom with a tear in your eye and walk like you tore your sphincter.

Tell your boss you are having explosive diarrhea and you ARE going home.
