Must be pretty well informed to be able to get all the correct phone numbers to the houses that are storing weapons.

But it is a nice thought to reduce civilian casualties.

Somehow I doubt it is to reduce casualties really. Sounds more like a "terror" tactic. If you can scare them into not hosting Hamas militants, then it starts to flush them out.
