Eh over $4k, I will stick to my 3TB Terastation and 3TB ATAboy2 ;)

The SSD tech is getting really good and will be pretty damned cheap in no time. A solid state drive that can take being dropped and getting wet is a GREAT it is helping move more towards a SS computer that is tough and stable. Add an OLCD that you can bend and fold and wooohooo!!!

That sucks, Well you ready for some even better news?
Looking to buy a san, And one company we are talking with, happens to have a good unit with a ssd san. Along with the normal stuff, scsi and sata. :) Mmmm, Can someone say SQL database's?

Hell, as of the end of today, i should have 5 new servers built with windows 2008. :)

Yeah, my boss is actually considering moving to the new i7 tech with they move down to the 45mm size. and repopulate our blades with them, could you imagine having 8 cores in one processor? :)

I remember back in 1990, we were waiting for years for 1GB drives to come down to $1,000.
