Now why did I ever doubt the convenience and worthiness of such a program? I do love all of the surcharges tho! And a 48 pack of Trojans with a diagnosis of impotence..haha

All it does is add yet another bureaucracy to fund...and another way for Big Fuxin Brother to keep tabs...the next step would be passports for interstate travel...in the name of National security, of course.....

Man, have you guys missed that boat. We have had a "National ID" for decades:

Your social Security number!!!! You know, that number that our grandparents and parents were told would NEVER be used to identify people?

I'm waiting for them to start branding people with a barcode.......

RFID chips like the ones they use for pets. Then the lazy bastards don't have to even get off their asses to scan you.....
