I'm greeting my wife at her work early with 2 dozen long stemmed red roses and whisking her away via a stretched limo to Centennial Airport where I have chartered a private jet to fly us down to Cozumel. We're going to do some snorkeling, horse-back riding, swimming, tan on the beach and drink alcoholic beverages with little umbrella's in them. I'm going to take her to dinner at this real cozy little restaurant in Playa del Carmen and eat whatever we want. I was thinking about a nice moon-lit walk on the beach afterwards. The following day we're going to go swim with the dolphins over at Isla Mujeres in the morning and then go deep see fishing in the afternoon. Hopefully bring home some good seafood with us! Since we're up in the Cancun area...we'll hit a few clubs and do some dancing. After a long night, get some sleep and head back out to Colorado. We're going to stop in Aspen for the day (already called ahead and got her Monday off at work) to do a little skiing. Then it's time to head back home.

Just kidding. We're not going anywhere fun. We're probably just gonna hit up Outback or Maggiano's for some lunch to avoid the rush at dinner. I love me a good steak or lasagna if we can't get some fresh seafood!!
