I used to belong to AAA, but due to an incident that I won't bore you to tears with - I'm shopping around now for a new choice.

How many of you have roadside assistance for your bikes and/or cars? I'm looking for something to cover both. I don't need all of the frills like discounts at retailers and trip planning. I just need the coverage for tows and such.

Any ideas would be great!!

The AMA has it as a membership benefit:

The AMA one looks like a great deal but only tows up to 35 miles - and that is my only hesitation (particularly since I work out in the middle of the boonies). Is anybody familiar with Paragon Motor Club and their programs? This is looking very comprable to my old AAA plan and is cheaper.

I've got roadside assistance through my bike insurance with Progressive. I think it's good for 50 miles.

State Farm is under $4 every 6 months with your standerd coverage for each vehicle, towing to the nearest service center. Unlimeted miles.

Well, you have us. There are a number of members that have trailers and would not hesitate to help out a fellow club member in need. Just the way we are…we’re bikers.
