haha probably just due to the high fat content. I would have made 2 thinner burgers and stacked them, so they cooked evenly.

LOL... I don't recall where it was, but I seem to remember having seen several recipes calling for a bacon dream catcher (or a variation of). I think one of them was a meat log/roll kinda thing too.... and with such a diversified standing, you could sell a few on ebay.. hahaha
