So I come into work this morning and have an email from my boss that was sent to him to migrate a public folder to a group mailbox.


Here is the request:
Hey,

I need the Public folder cnasr changed to a shared folder. I also need all sub folders and rules that are currently applied to the public folder to be moved over to the shared folder including all of the saved requests from customers. It is important that these emails are not lost.

I have attached a visual description of what I need in case this email is unclear.

You should get Enterprise Vault. That really throws them for a loop.

"Vault? You mean I have to print out all of my emails and give them to you? Then, when i want them back, I have to come to you and ask for them?"

Dayum! Nice diagram! Did the end user whip that up in Visio 2010? :banghead:

Tell the end user that the Exchange Postmaster is currently dealing with a strike. It'll be a couple of weeks before both sides come to an agreement.

I think I'll use the stick figure for the logo on our owa page. :) This shit was so funny to me that when I called the guy back I had to mute the phone because I couldn't help but laugh.
