You should check out riderforums.com. Great site.

There is a Ninja 250 forum, just google for it. The software is decidedly low tech and kind of annoying to use, but it's a good place for info. I got the engine for the 250 I resurrected from there.

Sorry, I have to thumbs down on Vertical Scope... I mean KawiForums. While I am running adblocker, it sure does exercise the blocker and adblocker doesn't block the spam I receive from all the Vertical Scope owned sites.

I have accounts on several Vertical Scope sites and it's amusing to get the exact same spam for each of my unique Vertical Scope owned forum accounts.

zx-10r.net is the best Kawi forum out there. They have zx14, zx6, 250 forums on there as well. Most ZX10 guys own other bikes (ZX6R's for example) so there is a lot of knowlege on there. Also its geared toward performace and racing.

I've been on http://kawiforums.com/forum/ since 2003 (when I bought a 2003 636).

There's good information there, but the switch to "Vertical Scope" sure made the site hard to enjoy.

Of course it's because it went from a hobby site owned and controlled by people who love Kaws to a business where people love money. Same with sportbikes.net. I subscribed to it to support the site. Then when they merged, were bought by, or however you want to say it; vertical scope, the ads quadrupled. And even though I subscribed, I was still inundated with ads. Hell, the entire top of each of the subforums was filled with ads and even had duplicate entries (the same ad twice).

On Windows it isn't such a problem because of Adblocker but I'm using Safari on my Mac (Firefox heats up the box) so no ad blocking. I haven't been back in some time and I haven't renewed my subscription. And recently I've been receiving spam e-mail from the sites (as I mentioned earlier).
