Need gear for 3/22 Chicane trackday?

We usually get a thread going to get a gear exchange going. Usually people new to the track have almost all the gear, but need a push to get on the track. So here's a thread to help.

I've found that in the past there is never a few for borrowing somebody's stuff. Next time you're at a social function, buy that person a beer/soda, that's all. If you crash, and trash the gear, replace it, pretty simple.

Need gear for the day? Got gear to spare for the day?

Chicane requirments are:
1. Textile 2 PC suits that zip together all the way around at the waist will be permitted in the beginner group only.
2. Intermediate and advanced groups require all leather one or two piece suits that zip together all the way around
3. All riders are required to wear a back protector
4. A full face helmet made in the last 5 years
5. Motorcycle specific boots that extend above the ankles
6. Motorcycle specific gloves that have hard (plastic or fiber) armor over the knuckles and extend beyond the wrist.


I'm not riding, so if somebody needs a:
- Leather 1 piece (I'm 5'11", 190)
- boots (11.5)
- gloves
- back protector.

I've got Teknic 2 pc, size 44 if anyone needs it...nothing fancy...but it will do the job...and as a bonus...you could look like the red power ranger

I have a 2pc Teknic (EU 42) .. another red power ranger suit. (I am 5'9"-150) and a pair of A-star SMX boots (sz8.5) that I have to dig around to find.

I have a two piece leather suit it's about a size 40. Also have some boots size 10... and I am looking for an open spot on someones trailer... I am willing to pull the trailer down with my jeep.

I have a Joe Rocket 2pc leather suit, round size 50-52, I think it's their speedster suit. I'm 5'8" & 220lbs. I bought it from a dude that's 6' & 230 so it's a bit long on me but fits everywhere else.

i have decided to opt out for this weekend's run.
i look forward to a chance to do it in the near future,but as it stand's i have some trepidations.

i thank you for the info you gave me and it surely is part of the reason i will not be going.
1. i WANT better tread.
2. and a little more prep time.
3. maybe a couple tries at loading the bike before i do it in a rush...
4. geet some better gear. I.E. my own gloves and a better set of riding boots.
oh well.
