Yeah, Honda used to have the cojones to pull off stuff like that. You used to see Soichiro at tracks making measurements himself on the test bikes.

There is actually one of these that is ridden in Colorado.

The guy used to show up at the AMA races and leave it unattended in the parking lot at PPIR while he watched the races. The sound was totally unmistakable.

There used to be an MRA racer with one of those in like '93 or '94. He would bring it to the races, although I don't remember him ever racing it. The bike was really cool. The guy - not so much...
