yesssh; Dad's dealership..... that has got to be a GOOD thing! :D :D
The Shop list on the club's main page is a good place to start by learning the names and locations for local dealers and service centers.
My needs are a little different in that I do some long distance riding but lately I've been going to TFOG for several reasons.
1)it is small and
2)you can usually see the work being done on your bike
I find that the big shops kind of loose you in the shuffle and the work is usually done out of view.... TFOG's focus is on race-prepping which would go well with your needs.
that's my $.02,
henry :P

Not to mention they are also the cheapest, they have better price per labor hour than anyone else I've found :D .

TK Motorsports is similar, but in Denver; race tuning & you can watch the work being done. Ask for Bart McKiernan.
