A few weeks ago I posted asking for help of someone with a bike I could use for a magic illusion I was filming...making a motorcycle appear. For anyone who's interested, here's the posted video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ch_Aep_ff0w

Thanks to everyone who offered to help, and especially to everyone who actually did come out for this.

That was my Blackbird, all 490lbs of it…

You and your team did a fantastic job, Aaron.
The effect looks great.

Anytime you need to pull this off again, I’m game and I’m sure we can find a more exotic bike to play with too.

No motorcycles or humans were harmed in the production of this film…

Actually, that is what we want it to look like happens. You see all Blackbirds have a built in stealth mode that renders the bike invisible to avoid detection.

Why else did you think Aaron wanted to use one?

It looked great up there Snowman, did he let you push it in behind the curtain?

I wouldnt be lettin nobody else push my bike around in the dark.

All I did was teach him how to activate the stealth mode.

Alright, alright I’ll spill it.
Can’t you people ever leave anything to the imagination?

You see the when the stealth mode is activated it pulls in and compresses dark matter to the point that it bends the light waves around the bike. Why do you think they called the bike a Blackbird. When the curtain went up he simply turned it off. I don’t use it too often myself, because its hell on the battery.

Need a better explanation ask Dirk.

Hey ShinySideUp has been wanting a track bike...maybe he could talk to this guy about making one appear for him?
