i hae a 954 and it seems that when i'm going from a stopped position i have a couple second delay in power it lags till i hit about 20 then really opens up maybe i'm just taking off wrong any help?

Craig from my personal experiance and the bike i just got from sea level yesterday your bike should have no problem responding at all before it hit's 20. and as far as how your taking off, just rev it up a little so it has gas to the engine as you release the clutch if you don't already do that.
