Actually I heard that they make you sign a contract if you win and one of the stipulations is that you are required to keep it and not sell it for a period of time which I can't remember but thought it was 5 years. Of course this hearsay and bad recollection but it makes sense.

Basically it's a drawing you are entered in if you have a key.

Yep, Coyote Motorsports got alot of "free airtime" for sponsoring the event.
KBPI (106.7) usually does somesort of "you build it" contest every year. I know they have done a chopper and a muscle car in previous events.

My buddy won a car from 103.5 fox and Budwiser last year and there was no contract on not being able to sell it. He sold it 5 months after winning it to pay the 12k in income taxes.
