He did pretty well all things considered: New bike....and he's never been on Pirellis....

I can't believe Spies lost it, that was hard to see. I don't think the broadcast of the first race showed Hopkins at all...

Love him or hate him, I don't see Hopkins making it back to MotoGP.

Pretty nice showing for a new team, little practice, and having never ridden a superbike. I think hopper will be back in GP on a sattallite Honda team if he does well in WSBK this season.

But with the growing popularity of WSBK he and Spies could be there for a spell.

If he stays in wsbk he will do good there I think.
The Moto GP is dying!:)

I don't think he'll make it back to GP either. I also don't know that he'll want to.

If things keep going the way they're going, Rossi will be joining him in WSBK.

Because MotoGP is the pinnacle of motorcycle racing. That's like saying that a baseball player would rather play for a Triple A team because there's "more action". No, every baseball player wants to play in the Major Leagues. (I'm not comparing which series is more exciting to watch as a fan.)
