Further solidification that Doug will always be as much of a geek as I believe him to be.

Well played Gul Madred... well played!
But remember... You are six years old...weak and helpless! You cannot hurt me!

Really? I always thought that was the dumbest mechanic...right after the whole "family along for the ride" thing. Let's put all of our kids and family in a sublight sitting duck. Yeah that seems like a good idea. Think I need to go have a "talk" with those wizards of smart over at Utopia Planitia.

I like my women green, my captains trigger-happy and my starships children-free. :)

Yeah, but Kirk's the kinda guy who dies of siphyllis at 43, leaving 15 bastard children in his wake.

Although I will definately give love for the latter portion of DS9

Yeah but those are a good 43 years of kicking Romulan ass and bitch slappin' klingons :)

Yeah I liked the whole Dominion War arc, but really couldn't get into that much. Really liked B5 better. Star Trek for me (at least in the Braga/Berman era) felt sterile to me.

MetaLord 9

Eh, I was a fan of TNG & that era, but v-ger was the exception. DS9 had a bit of a rough start & they quickly realized that a stationary platform for a show can grow stagnant pretty quick if not written properly. The Dominion bit was good, but it really started picking up some serious momentum towards the end of the series. I'd already written it off, but in watching re-runs, I was sorry that I had!

Does that make Shea your Secretary of Defense & Pecks? Last I remember, I had an in for UN Ambassador.

"Mr. Ban Ki-moon, your name is funny and I would like a popsicle. Otherwise we will invade Canada and refuse to let them speak French. Do it."

Don't you have to break a sweat for it to qualify as a "warm up"? :mrt:

Nobody let me out of the cage.... I McGyvered a coat hanger, one of my shoelaces, and my watchband to allw me to snare the keyboard cable and drag it in here with me.
