A "vented mesh shirt"...?? Sounds scary... but looks good. MAN, falling off would NOT be fun... :o

What do YOU guys/gals think?

Colorado Sportbike Club Forum Index ->
Gear & Accessories -> summer jacket

this is an earlier thread on this sort of protective (?) gear!!
they are what the market will bear (or is that 'bare'...?)

abraision resistance at 50mph -- denim is gone in 10 feet or less

this mesh with TF2 is somewhere in between

good stuff will last a whole lot longer..... leather or an Aerostich!!!!

so many variables,
henry :D

Does not really offer much protection at all other than it being leather!! Personally I would rather have some armor on my jacket.

kinda like <<draggin jeans vs mesh pants>> ?!?!?!?!?!?! :D

my choice is Joe Rocket metor coat (armor at shoulders and forearms) and pants (armor at knees)for local rides with an Aerostich Roadcrafter (armor at shoulders/elbows/knees and back protector) one-piece for long hauls
