What ski resorts are still open ?

~Barn~
Thu Apr 16th, 2009, 12:54 PM
A-Basin and Loveland are, for sure. I also know that Keystone and Beaver Creek are closed.

Breckenridge and Vail are (I think) scheduled for closure after this weekend, but if there is mad-snow, they might extend. :dunno:

MetaLord 9

Breck should be closed too. Has nothing to do with the snow, it's the forest land they're on

If all of the precipitation that falls on Friday and Saturday is in the form of snow, then more than a foot of snow could accumulate. But the 9NEWS Weather Team agrees that at this time, temperatures look too warm for significant accumulation for areas below 5,500 feet which includes most locations around the metro area.

I am hoping the 9 news team is right.....
