O shit, I think I know exactly where that’s at.
When I was in the Air Force stationed in Japan from (96-00), we used to do that on base.
The base would allow us to set a course in front of the high school and race, we had to have all our safety gear on and cars had to be inspected.. but what reminded me about it was that bus in the back, that’s where they set it up to keep times and run the lights.
