A few local forums (like here)
Many of the places already posted.
news.cnet.com

Sadly places like this http://www.microsoft.com/security/default.mspx to keep up on new exploits and some underground forums/sites to do the same, like metasploit....

many of the ones already listed and a few extras i frequent:

http://www.ibm.com/redbooks - always watching the rss feed for new titles

http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/index.html - occasionally some really good articles get posted on various topics.

http://www.tek-tips.com - frequent aix, unix scripting and linux.

http://certforums.redhat.com - it's almost disturbing how many RHCE's are completely illiterate.. and fun to follow on an especially boring day.

http://vmblog.com/default.aspx - a few good nuggets of info pop up here and there.
